ElderSafe Franchise Discovery Process

An ElderSafe Support Services franchise is only granted to individuals or groups who meet the highest standards. We are committed to supporting the attainment of your goals and will only work with those who are focused on success. The discovery process requires a number of steps.

1. The Initial Enquiry

Please fill in the form below so that we begin to know something about you. We will follow up within two business days to explore by phone the ElderSafe Franchise opportunity.

2. Franchisee Application

Following this discussion we will send you a franchise information package and application form for you to fill in.

3. Personal Interview

If your information meets our selection criteria we will then schedule a personal meeting at our corporate office in Victoria , BC with our President. You will be required to sign a Confidentiality/ Non-Disclosure Agreement. At this time you will be provided with more in depth information for your review.

4. Reaching a Decision

After you have carefully reviewed the documents and materials provided and calculated your financial status you should seek additional opinions from your lawyer, accountant and other business advisors. Aided by this input you will be in a position to proceed with your application.

5. Initial Fee

Following receipt of tentative approval from ElderSafe Support Services, the franchise may be offered to you. To proceed further with your application, you must submit a deposit of $5,000.00, which will be applied against the franchisee fee. If you decide not to proceed with the franchise or we elect not to proceed with your application, your entire deposit will be returned to you.

6. Finalize Plans

We will now work with you to complete the Franchise Agreement, confirm your territory and book training dates. A copy of our Disclosure Document will also be provided if you reside in Alberta , Ontario or PEI .

Once the Offer to Purchase Agreement has been executed you have 15 days to:

Have the Franchise Documentation reviewed by a lawyer.

Execute the Franchise Agreement and pay the balance of the initial franchise fee (plus GST on the full amount of the franchise fee).

If during this 15-day period, you decide not to proceed with the franchise or we elect not to proceed with your application, your entire deposit will be returned to you without delay.

7. Initial Training

You are now ready to join us for the initial five day training at our Corporate Office in Victoria , BC .
