An interesting point to consider, however, is the fact that, in comparison, the cost of maintaining your independence and remaining in your own home is cheaper than paying the monthly costs of retirement or nursing homes.
Where appropriate our Case Managers will help you understand and access alternative ways to pay for the care you need. They will help you investigate if you are eligible for funding through your personal or group insurance plan. They can put you in touch with your local government home care program as well as other socially assisted services that may be available in your community including Saint Elizabeth’s own Care Giver Relief Program. Fully understanding the entire range of options available to you is always the best path forward and ElderSafe is committed to helping you get there.
