Palliative Care program
ElderSafe Support Services provides the necessary care and support to allow people to live out their days in the surroundings of their choice, close to family and friends. Whether that be in a long time family home or in a facility, we will be there to assist any way we can.
Our palliative program can provide respite to family members and companionship to the person who is ill. As part of the health care team, our staff will help your loved one have the best quality of life possible in the time remaining.
